Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times

The reception desk is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Check-in for all accommodations from 13:00 onwards, from 09:00 for pitches.
Check-out by 10:00 am for all accommodations, by 12:00 pm for pitches.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is € 0.50 per person, per night, up to 6 nights.

They are exempt from payment:
– Children under the age of 14;
– Individuals who care for sick people in public or private hospitals;
– Patients who do hospital treatment;
– Law enforcement;
– Handicapped persons with certificate;
– Employees of hotels and accommodations.

It is possible to park your car in the parking lot inside the campsite.

Rental surcharges

Rentals are available at the reception desk:
– Set of towels and set of sheets for $5.00
– Adapter cables for CEE sockets
– Hair dryer, leaving a deposit that will be returned at the end of use

Pool opening

The water park is open from 15/06 with the following hours:

High season
9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Swimming pools are for the exclusive use of guests.

How to Move from the Campground

To travel to Mugello from the campsite, you can take the bus; the bus stop is just a few meters from the entrance. The bus will take you to San Piero a Sieve station where you can take other buses to locations in Mugello or the direct train to Santa Maria Novella Central Station. On the way back, simply do the same and get off at the stop in front of Camping the Sergeant.

Silent hours

The campground maintains a quiet time from 11 pm to 7 am. During these hours it is not possible to drive motor vehicles, set up or take down tents, and generally disturb other guests. In case of arriving by car during quiet hours, it will be necessary to leave the car in the indoor parking lot, located in front of the reception, and walk to the accommodation.

Pet Friendly

Pets are allowed in all our accommodations, subject to certain observations.

All animals must be in compliance with health regulations, as evidenced by the vaccination record. In the event of an accident to a third party, liability is borne entirely by the owner.

Large animals or animals of breeds considered risky are allowed only if agreed in advance with management.

All animals must be kept in such a way as not to disturb or harm other guests or property in the village. The owners will be liable for any damages.

Dogs must be leashed at all times and are not allowed in the pool area, sports areas, playgrounds and restaurants.

Disability Services

For people with mobility disabilities, there are accommodations with easy access, with easy spaces inside, handicap-approved bathroom, and an access ramp.

In addition, the pool, reception, restaurants, and market are provided with easy and wide access.

There are approved bathrooms in the facility near the pool.

Wi-Fi

Guaranteed coverage in common areas and most of the Campground.

Sports equipment and play areas

Within the campground you will find a Sports area with a grass soccer field, tennis court, bocce court and archery range.

Then in the area adjacent to the pool a playground with a trampoline.

Laundry

There are self-service washers and dryers open h24 in the campground, at a cost of € 4.00 per wash cycle and € 2 drying.

Garbage collection

For us, respect for the environment and the surrounding nature comes first. Help the environment too by sorting your waste, inside the Campground you will find an Ecological Island with bins by following the signs.

Parking

Parking is free within the campground.

Inside the Camping the Sergeant there is next to the Reception Bar, Restaurant, Pizzeria and MiniMarket.
